In this day and age it's not often that something is even more be - We had an amazing stay. The guest house is situated close to the main port (Le Palais) and offers a breathtaking view on the ocean. The owners were really friendly and shared with us useful tips to discover Belle-Ile. The room was arranged with taste and was also very comfortable. You wake up every morning with a great view on the ocean from your bed and have then the best breakfast of the island! I highly recommend Maison de Stermaria for a good rest.

  The photos do not do Le Clos des Evocelles justice - everything was immaculate and very modern. We found our hosts very pleasant and friendly and generally very helpful. Breakfasts were generous and delicious.   when we got to An Ti gwen's we were relocatred to thge Tumulus Hotel and this was an upgrade. It was very serene and a peaceful place to stay. We wished we could stay longer than one night. The lady doesn't speak English at all, so thanks for misunderstanding we were put in a room for 5 people instead of 2+1. Double rooms are quite small but they have two-floor rooms.

  The young man on the front desk was excellent, and very helpful and attentive to all of our needs (including speaking English, which was very useful for us). The room was spacious and comfortable, the food at the restaurant was largely excellent, and the pool was very well- maintained. We were a 5-10 minute walk from the touristy center of town, m... mitä ihmiset sanovat » aybe 30 minutes or so to the beach, and roughly a 20 minute hike to the megaliths. If we'd only wanted to go to the beach, perhaps a closer hotel woul - My friends loved this gorgeous spa hotel, which is a Relais de Silence. We went in the off season, which made it even more fabulous as the town is a popular tourist destination. Each staff member we encountered was just lovely, and you can walk to the centreville in a few minutes. There are several wonderful creperies located at the townsquare and the pre- history museum in Carnac is phenomenal.
