I liked the size of the rooms..it was more like a suite! The breakfasts were very tasty especially Monique's homemade yoghurt. They were extremely friendly and welcoming hosts and I would strongly recommend guests to order the evening meal..it is of excellent quality and value. a defensive unit onto itself!. Our room was located on the top floor of
the building (whose history dated back 800 years) and was approached by
a large stone circular stairway original to the building which, being
seniors, would have been difficult had not our host kindly carried up
the heavy luggage. Our large room could have accommodated four as it had

This was just a beautiful stop. The hotel is run by a family who has completely built it up since 1982. It shows as a labor of love. The room was clean, comfortable and appointed in country furniture. They have their own dining room where we had a wonderful dinner and breakfast. In the most idyllic rural location. Very peaceful and quiet. We stayed last year and liked it so much we booked again. It is lovingly restored very old building, full og character. It also has a lovely swimming pool. We dined under the ancient yew tree in the garden, the food was outstanding. Highly recommend. -
The welcome from the owners family owned were very helpful and friendly madame carried our luggage up to the room for us too.
The restaurant was very good and open on a Sunday Evening.
We will go back and take our family.
The hotel is in a very beautiful setting built in white stone architecture of the region.
