If the weather is good you can see Mont Blanc from your terrace and the golf club's territory what is pleasant for the eyes and there are no other hotels back to back - silence all around( we lived on the second floor, room with Mont Blanc view).   Excellent service. We had a lovely welcome from the gentleman at reception. The food was outstanding and the staff charming. The rooms were extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay. We were in the middle of a house move so it was particularly important to have a good stay.   We appreciated our 3 night-stay in L'Echo des Montagnes. The hotel is in a nice location with mountain views. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean.   All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. It was easy to go to Geneva, Lausanne and Montreux from here as there was a ferry port opposite the hotel. It was cheaper than the Swiss hotels around the lake with similar location and comfort, so this hotel can be preferred for accommodation while travelling around the lake. One of the most happy and helpful propreiters I have ever come across and on more than one occasion Sandra went above and beyond the call of duty for my group. Very impressive lady with a big heart. Even if Les Houches is a bit outside Chamonix (8 km / 5 mi) the advantage is that it is cheaper
