  We were very delighted when we saw the house that we had rented. The pictures didn't do it justice. It was a fantastic place to relax. The beach was beautiful and if you just want to get away and enjoy yourself it is lovely.   We really enjoyed staying at this place. The hostel (gîte) was very clean. We had an amazing view on the mountains from a terrace where we had breakfast. Even though it is situated a bit far from “big” cities, its location allowed us to see both west and east seasides of Corsica (it’s better to rent a car for this). The hosts are super nice. Every... mitä ihmiset sanovat » day they would advise us some new places to go (that are not always mentioned in a guide and only locals know about them) and spend quite some time t - The innkeepers were fantastic, full of information about the area. She suggested a wonderful route through the mountains back to Bonifacio. The countryside was beautiful- mountains, cows, wild boars, cherry trees, chesnut forests, alpine meadows, pine forests down to the sea.

  No problems with late arrival. Lady at reception spoke very good English. Breakfasts were not only sweet, but with cheese and ham, which is more than a standard from what we've seen on Corsica. The balcony was convenient we had our breakfast there, it was shady and separated from other balconies so you could not see the others and they could not see you.
