  We toured Corsica by car in early April, this hotel was our 2nd stop having first stayed in ‘La Pietra’ hotel on the wild peninsula of L’ile Rousse. Les Mouettes has charm and character; it was very clean and tastefully decorated. We arrived early, and staff when out of their way to make us feel at home: we were offered a room to shower and change, and showed to the small private beach where we relaxed until our room was ready. Our room was spacious, comfortable, with a great view of the gulf. All through our short stay, the staff proved friendly and helpful. A great first night in Corsica !

  This place is a haven of peace a few kilometres outside calvi center, with great views of the citadelle and the sea, as well as of the beautiful gardens of the b&b. Very good breakfast including fresh orange juice enjoyed by the pool. There are only 4 rooms so our stay was wonderfully calm and peaceful. We were only guests and it was off-season but hot-tub was turned on for us at 8pm. Fresh orange juice in breakfest.
