The staff is extremely friendly and helpful,we arrived very late at night but he waited for us,carry the luggages for us and removed his car from the parking space to make one for our car! A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town.
The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus.
If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.

We can easily walk from the station to the hotel (5 minutes with a down hill) and then walk down to the beach (8 minutes maximum) to enjoy the beautiful sea view.
