  The hotel is very well located - in a quiet area just a few stops on the tram from the Old Town. The villa was built in 1869 and the host does his best to maintain the air of antiquity in his hotel. The rooms are very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. After Nice, we were going to visit Grass, and the host gave us a 10% discount coupon to Frago - The staff is extremely friendly and helpful,we arrived very late at night but he waited for us,carry the luggages for us and removed his car from the parking space to make one for our car! The hotel is very delicated and beautiful,you can enjoy the strong mediterranean elements.It a fair good location,it takes 5 mins to drive to the city center.Moreover,good price in Nice during summer peak season.

  This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. As mentioned previously,the tram is just a few mins walk away and there is a sup - Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement. We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

  Ystävällinen ja avulias sekä kielitaitoinen henkilökunta. Aamupalassa hyvä hinta-laatu-suhde. Aamupalalta jääneitä leivonnaisia sai illalla maksutta nautittavaksi. Huone oli "skandinaavisesti"sisustettu; ei ylellisyyksiä, vaan puhdasta ja selkeää, kotoisat mäntypinnoitukset,valoisa ja tilava huone. Kylpyhuone siisti ja kaunis.   The staff were very welcoming and we were able to converse in mixed French and English (they speak French & minimal English but are patient with those who are learning French). A great location near to the Promenade de Anglais for beaches and en route for drop off/pick up by Nice airport buses. There was an en suite toilet and shower with fresh towels brought every day. - I felt the warmth of being at home with a very friendly and cooperative staff the hotel is near everything ,; the sea , the city center, the petit train station, many bus stations where you can go everywhere and the staff told me an advice ti go to Mont Carlo - Monaco from there with the bus ( 1 Euro ) where i had a great day Actually i will choose the hotel as a first choice whenever i think about Nice
