  Excellent location: near the beach, shops and the bus stop to the airport, right in the middle of the city centre. Good value for the money. There wasn't a minibar in the room as promised but there was a fridge in the hotel kitchen which we could use. Instead there was a kettle in the room. Even though it's an old property that would need some decorational work, there were no funny smells or mold in the ro - Cozy small room with French doors to tiny balcony overlooking busy tourism plaza, festive environment, not quiet solitude.   The room was nice and clean and there was enough room for a baby bed, suitcases and other stuff. The personnel was friendly and helpful and spoke English fluently.   This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

  Our stay in the Villa Eden Hotel was excellent. It's a very calm peaceful hotel, a beautiful old house. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We had clean towels and the room serviced each day of our 5 day stay. Location is perfect just off the promenade, with the bus stopping directly outside for trips to nearby Monaco and Cannes. Overall an excellent place to stay, even if it is quite a way from the old town - easy to walk or ride in along the Promenade though. We will stay here again next year.

  It was amazing hotel with a great city view. We did not want to make a reservation near the beach that is why it was a great pleasure to stay there. For all travelers by car it has a great location and free parking in front. Please check the e-mail before arrival, owners will write you all information about entrance.   The staff were very welcoming and we were able to converse in mixed French and English (they speak French & minimal English but are patient with those who are learning French). A great location near to the Promenade de Anglais for beaches and en route for drop off/pick up by Nice airport buses.
