Ann was the best hostess in any hotel we have stayed in! From the moment we first spoke on the phone when we phoned to apologise for being late arriving to the moment she waved us off on our departure, she was bubbly, fun and helpful. The host Anne and her husband Jean Christophe were very friendly and helpful. We felt like we were staying in a welcoming and cozy French country-home with charming hosts and their beautiful young son. The cat was friendly too. We almost didn't pick the chateau because the information indicated that internet was only available in the public area. We picked it anyways and was glad that they recently installed a booster so wifi was available throughout the house. Highly recommended for an au

It was close to Amboise where we wanted to visit.
Several of the staff spoke good English.
