  Caroline and Ronaldo are a lovely, warm couple who made us feel very welcome. The room, with its 15ft high ceiling, was very clean and spacious and our outlook over the pool and garden was pretty.   They surprised us with the best room of the hotel for the same standard price of the cheaper ones. Alexandra was very kind with us. The girl in checking out time was also lovely. It is very advisable to rent a parking space, it is nice and confortable. Forget the car for visiting the city, the hotel is nearby everywhere.   If you are wanting to experience the buzz of being right in the centre of an old French City, look no further than Alex's 2nd floor apartment. It was a charming old style French appartment. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. There was an oven, refrigerator, dishes, and a washing machine with a rack for drying the clothes. The master bedroom was downstairs. It is difficult to find a hotel room for 3 people near the city center in Montpellier, so for our needs, it worked well. A second bedroom was upstairs.
