  I stayed in a triple room with 2 teenagers. Hotel Mistral was recently renovated, so all was fresh and clean. Nice open-air internal courtyard for relaxing after a long day visiting Paris. Quiet street, close to quaint shopping towards Denfert-Rocheraux in one direction, and Montparnasse in the other way, one block from Gaite metro stop.   There was very little to fault during our stay. Rooms could have been bigger but apparently that's the norm in Paris. The hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. We opted for the breakfast @ 15E the first morning and were not let down.
