Staff are always pleasant & desk staff all speak good english very helpful with maps & directions even go out of their way to make everything run smooth for your stay in Paris a time to remember. The location was perfect as well as it was just 2 mins walk from the bus stop and metro station.   We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable.
