  The hotel itself was flawless. Rooms looked new, not worn down. Perfectly clean, comfortable, and all the amenities you can expect in this price range. The staff was helpful and easy to communicate with. Also very close to Sacré-Cœur, so ideal for tourism in general. - Loved the hospitality of the front staff! Loved how close to Gare du Nord it was (2 stops on metro), room was clean, pillows and bed were soooo comfortable!!! They kept our luggage for us when we checked out! Great stay! - Hotel is new and everything is clean. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were nice. The location is great, near to metro 4 station and Basilica. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, post office, cafes, bakeries.

  We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable.   The staff was very helpful and very accommodating. They all spoke English. There was free wifi and if you didn't have a computer, there was one in the lounge for guests to use, They also had a printer available.
