The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none. Made it easy for us to get on the bus with our luggage to go to Gare du Nord. Also found Subway and an Indian restaurant practically next door, which took care of our food needs.
