The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us.

I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

My room was Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything I needed. VERY short walk to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, and Notre Dame & Centre Pompidou. The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.
