  The room was nice and clean and there was enough room for a baby bed, suitcases and other stuff. The personnel was friendly and helpful and spoke English fluently.   The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We ended up getting one of the newly renovated rooms which was gorgeous. It was also the only room with a balcony overlooking Place Massena! It was perfect to listen to the Jazz fest that was going on across the street. Promenade des Anglais only 5 minutes walk away and the place itself is in the middle of the famous shopping and restaurant district.   Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  This hotel is excellent value for money. We had a triple room that was very clean, quite big and good light from the two big windows. The windows were well insulated so there was virtually no noise from the street below. Brigette on the front desk was very friendly and gave us loads of info and assistance. It is very close to the r - Very good location. Minutes from Gare Train Station. Minutes to the main street with shopping area. Staff was English-speaking, really trying to help with directions. Hotel does not take checks, but cash works just fine :) Very clean, towels changed every day, bed was made also very day (lest admit, it does not happen every time at hotels). You have to pay on arrival. Breakfast available, but for 6 euros per person.
