They spoke English which was a huge help and they were accommodating to my needs. The water pressure was great, the bed was nicely made and the bathroom is a decent size, considering you're in Paris.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were small but no smaller than we expected. Efficient space for storage for travel needs. Room was clean.We enjoyed the small hotel atmosphere. Location was great. I believe the price for location in Paris was about what one would expect, though i'm not an expert in that area.   Clean, great location, helpful staff, fair price. - Helpfulness and friendliness of the concierge, convenient to Metro and a good cafe just across the street. This convenience was very important to the enjoyment of our stay. The room was clean and utilitarian and comfortable. No problem sleeping or bathing.

  Location was great - in city centre and only 2 minutes from metro (had the 2 most used metro lines by tourists) and local shop, rooms were good size, very quiet as off main street, great value for money and staff very helpful especially the Hungarian lady.   The hotel is tiny but cosy. Stuff is very friendly. I felt myself like at home. I recommend this hotel everyone who is comfortable with small space. Room was quite small, but as I stayed alone it wasn't bother me.   Hotel Delarc is located very centrally for tourist destinations around Paris. This means most things to eat close to the hotel are a little pricey. Metro is very close so its easy to travel around the city. The room we stayed in, a standard double was basic but functional, as you would expect for a two star hotel.
