  In a wonderfully vibrant area of the city, the hotel was everything I expected.   Actually what i'd like most are the lovely staff (Amal, Esam and Zakia). They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and cozy, you feel like you are in your home. It is located in a very nice area, surrounded by many restaurants and near by the metro station. - Our room was nicely decorated and clean...   The staff were so helpful! Whatever we needed or wherever we needed to go, they directed us to the right place. Very close to the underground train and buses. Grocery stores, ATM's near by. The room was spotless and warm every single day. Bathroom and toilet are very clean with the towels changed every day.   The location of this hotel is perfect- next door to Gare Saint Lazare, which is a central metro/RER station. The location makes it very easy to get around Paris, especially when travelling with a child.
