  We are in our early fifties (still 18 in mind) On paper/screen, this hotel ticked all of our boxes, situated a stones throw from the metro it combines the ease of access to the Parisian must sees but still seeing the real city in all its glory. The hotel and all staff were all A*. We are not hotel inspectors but could not fault a thing. Like films, all very personal and others opinions - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had accidentally booked our bus ticket for the wrong day and didn't find out until the day of and the friendly Receptionist helped us contact the agency to rectify the issue. Thank goodness! The location was close to Gare du Nord and easy to find. The metro is a block away and very convenient (just be mindful of pickpockets when you are entering the metro, anywhere in Paris, as a matter of fact). This Best Western is also located 10 minutes away

  The staff is excellent. They are friendly, competent, and also speak English well for those of us that are not that skilled in French. The location is perfect, and also quiet.   The location of the hotel is fantastic - its easy to find and very close to Blanche metro station. Moulin Rouge is just round the corner and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Our room (a Superior Double) was tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The bed was firm but comfortable and although the hotel is in a bustling area we found it quiet at night (admittedly o - The location is fantastic, extremely convenient, one minute from the metro station (Bercy) right next to an atm, around the corner from Moulin Rouge and in the same street at Amelie's Cafe. The staff was great too, we totally recomend the breakfast, for only 15 euros you get everything you need. Manuela was so nice and she's got a delightful French accent that makes her sound even more friendly. The hotel is also next to lots of souvenirs shops.   The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Although the check in time is at 2.30 pm but we were allowed to go in at 12noon. Very strategic area close to train station and restaurants. There are many Halal food restaurant nearby especially for muslim travellers like us. - The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.   The night porter (Samuel) was particularly helpful, on our arrival at 11pm he very kindly gave us advice on where to eat and what to visit during our stay. Although we didn't initially book the breakfast we did have it during our stay as it was fabulous.
