  The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. We felt like we were guest in here home, not just staying in a generic h - Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

  Perfect, central location for exploring Paris. Very nice room with amenities like tea maker, safe, hair dryer, mini-bar. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, high ceiling and big, surprisingly sound-proof window. Staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. - We loved the whole feel of the hotel. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  I have aspired to stay in this hotel since I first visited Paris as a student and could not afford it...I Was not DISSAPOINTED,as follows... Lovely staff. Child Friendly. Excellent Location. Honesty Bar and 24 hour service (we did not use it but nice to know it's there). Calm atmosphere... Oasis in the middle of mad Paris ! Garden Suite... (Too ho... mitä ihmiset sanovat » t to use during our visit but nice to know it was there).. 4* accolade but bordering on 5* Chess in the lounge for the kids (mine are 7 and 11) ... go - The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

  1) The front desk was helpful in pre-arranging our airport shuttle both ways; 2) The room was comfortable (by Paris standards); 3) The bathroom was big, modern and well-lit; 4) The neighbourhood was very lively but our room facing the courtyard was oh-so quiet; 5) The cheeseman around the corner on Rue Seines had great stuff; and 6) The mark... mitä ihmiset sanovat » et nearby sold most of whatever else we needed (but do you need much more than brie or camembert?) - Stayed at a Classic room on 2nd floor. Very carefully thought out arrangement of the room. Nice & clean. Fairly large by Paris standards. Excellent toilet & washroom. Has most things a traveller would need. Located in a quiet side street away from crowds & noise. The front desk service was warm,friendly, prompt & congenial. Fairly well stocked mini bar although we did not use it.
