  Location of the hotel is perfect, you can easily find it and private parking was very welcomed, especially in Nice.   The hotel is close to the station, about a 10 minute walk, which is really good. The hotel is simple, but since I used it basically to sleep, it was good. It helps if you know a little French. The lovely lady who helps run the Hotel is a Sweetie. It was very clean, comfy and tidy. Brilliant value being in the heart of Nice, Loved the old and new Nice . So close and convenient to the Metro Station, cafe's, shopping and the square was just alive with buskers and entertainment. And oh the Restaurants.

  The room was nice and clean and there was enough room for a baby bed, suitcases and other stuff. The personnel was friendly and helpful and spoke English fluently.   Located only a few minutes away from the train station, it was very convenient for daily trips from Nice. It is also close to the city center and the beach. The staff was very helpful and extremely kind. They helped me by putting the cheese I bought in their fridge. I liked that the bathroom was so spacious.   Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!
