The location is spot on with the metro station right next door. We had a change of plan and extended the trip by two more days but they were sold out.   The staff is very nice. My room has been upgraded and it is on the eighth floor. The room is very very comfortable and nice. THere is a very good view and you can enjoy the view of paris. Although the lift is broken down, the staff has arranged someone to help me carry the luggage upto my room. I think the lift has been fixed. So I think there will not be - The location is perfect. If you are young, you can walk everywhere. As a back up, two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg-Saint Denis are only steps away. I was worried about the traffic noise at night, but on the third floor it was no problem.

The receptionist gave us comprehensive information about location, transport and sightseeing. The sweety at the receptionist desk is a must! I booked single room and I ve got a huge room with 3 single beds, big flat tv, spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. Nice light in the room. Everything u need.
