  Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! In a quiet location but perfect for me on a business trip for the fashion district.   The staff is very nice. My room has been upgraded and it is on the eighth floor. The room is very very comfortable and nice. THere is a very good view and you can enjoy the view of paris. Although the lift is broken down, the staff has arranged someone to help me carry the luggage upto my room. I think the lift has been fixed. So I think there will not be - The location is perfect. If you are young, you can walk everywhere. As a back up, two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg-Saint Denis are only steps away. I was worried about the traffic noise at night, but on the third floor it was no problem.

  Location, room, reception, breakfast. I do not understand, why has the hotel only 6.2 points. Everything was clear and well equipped. The receptionist gave us comprehensive information about location, transport and sightseeing. The sweety at the receptionist desk is a must!   I liked that the staff was so friendly and helpful. I appreciated the Wi-Fi service. And the hotel is in a great place to take advantage of some of the most famous sites in Paris. - Small but well designed and furnished rooms. Everything you need and very comfy bed and pillows.

We travelled with our one-year-old son, and there was a cot ready in the room when we arrived, and the staff even put 3 extra bedsheets under the cot mattress to make it more comfortable for our little one!
