  Hostess was extremely helpful and very kind. Location is great, as the train station is within a few minutes walking distance, not very close to the sea- a good 20 minute walk to Old Nice or the Promenade des anglais, tram is nearby as well... Safe as well, but I wouldn't hang around outside at night. The place would have been hard to find, but I - The host is very nice during our stay, the location is quite convenient, the facility is quite good as well, a nice place to go in the future.

  Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day.   Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

  Excellent location and friendly staff. Very happy with my stay. Perfect if you´re looking for a combination of dining out, city walks, comfort and a bit of seaside. Promenade des Anglais only 5 minutes walk away and the place itself is in the middle of the famous shopping and restaurant district. Everything was charming. Owner and staff are very nice. The room is really small but the space is perfectly organized, equiped and designed with a lot of taste. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is fine. Location is perfect. I wish every place I will stay in the future will have such a level of comfort!

  Excellent hotel. So close to the beach and amazing value for money. Fully stocked with kitchen utensils so we could do all our own cooking. Would stay here again next time. - Excellent location, very close to the promenade de anglais. Very close to supermarkets also which made eating in and travelling on a budget an easy matter esp with kids.
