  The gentleman who checked us in (not sure name, but it was approx 12:30-1pm afternoon of 2/12/08) provided superior customer service, over and above the norm and anyone else at the front desk; it is to my discredit that I did not obtain his name, as myself and 2 friends all were equally impressed by his concise, friendly, professional service. I received a room on the first floor without a view but was still impressed at the taste and elegance of the room.Wifi price was reasonable.
