  The friendliness of the staff. They spoke English and Spanish which helped because we spoke little French. The room was so comfortable. We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment.   It is a brand new property. A chic hotel in a central part of the city. Easy metro access and lots of eateries near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While they offer a variety of room sizes (ours was medium) it was an interesting layout and nicely appointed.   The room was so lovely: warm and comfortable. The space was used very well and the room had a nice luxury to it. It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business.
