  Location was great. Only a short walk to the Gare de Lyon in Paris, which we needed to use most days. Maybe not the best area in Paris to stay, but an easy Metro ride to any other places you may wish to visit. The room they had assigned to me for the initially booked stay had had a smoker in it - I was moved to a very nice room immediately, no question. Breakfast was fine for me. Bed was comfortable. Table/desk in the room allowed me to work comfortably when necessary. Location was excellent. I was entirely pleased and shall book there the next time I return to Paris
