  Location, room, reception, breakfast. I do not understand, why has the hotel only 6.2 points. Everything was clear and well equipped. The receptionist gave us comprehensive information about location, transport and sightseeing. The sweety at the receptionist desk is a must!   The staff is very nice. My room has been upgraded and it is on the eighth floor. The room is very very comfortable and nice. THere is a very good view and you can enjoy the view of paris. Although the lift is broken down, the staff has arranged someone to help me carry the luggage upto my room. I think the lift has been fixed. So I think there will not be - The location is perfect. If you are young, you can walk everywhere. As a back up, two metro stations, Bonne Nouvelle and Strasbourg-Saint Denis are only steps away. I was worried about the traffic noise at night, but on the third floor it was no problem.

  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean.
