  I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops.   The hotel is on a quiet street just off main boulevards. Very near the Sorbonne and about 10 mins walk from Notre Dame. Very well situated for a direct metro link from Gard du Nord to Odeon.   Friendliness - I spent 3 nights in this hotel with my girlfriend and I have to say - everything was perfect, hotel staff was very kind, friendly, there was no problem with speaking English and I could obtain many useful information of them.   Sijainti oli erinomainen! - It was a quiet hotel, as stated, yet very conveniently located with Metro stop just steps away. We felt as if we "lived" in Paris with the location.   The location is excellent, there are 3 metro lines in the nearby (shops, supermarkets and bakeries are close). Staff was really polite, they really appreciate if you can speak some words in French. The room is clean. Daily cleaning and new towels every day. We were in the room 53 which has also a small balcony. Highly recommended! - The hotel was nice and clean, rooms are small but offer everything you need when you're on a citytrip. Location is good, 2m walk from metro and close to pere lachaise cemetry. We did not use breakfast facilities since you can have breakfast at all bistro's in Paris for a reasonable price. The underground park-space is also a plus, your car is safe troughout your stay.

  а comfortable hotel located near the metro station Place d'Italie. The hotel room was perfectly clean, the staff was friendly, all the services was fine. In close distace there are lots of cafes. Wi-Fi was free. Breakfast cost additional 8 euros per day per person, but it was tasty and cheap within the average cost of meal in Paris. There is a lift which isn't common when staying in Paris so the lift was small but useful. The wifi was fast. The room and bathroom were very clean. The facilities were modern and well looked after.
