  The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The hotel is clean, stylish, and could not be in a better location. My room was Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything I needed. VERY short walk to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, and Notre Dame & Centre Pompidou.   I have aspired to stay in this hotel since I first visited Paris as a student and could not afford it...I Was not DISSAPOINTED,as follows... Lovely staff. Child Friendly. Excellent Location. Honesty Bar and 24 hour service (we did not use it but nice to know it's there). Calm atmosphere... Oasis in the middle of mad Paris ! Garden Suite... (Too ho... mitä ihmiset sanovat » t to use during our visit but nice to know it was there).. 4* accolade but bordering on 5* Chess in the lounge for the kids (mine are 7 and 11) ... go - The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

  Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay.   Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, delicate bathroom, friendly staff. We had our baby with us, and the hotel offered a baby cot free of charge. Also, the location is great. Just around the corner you have Place de la Republique with several good places to have breakfast / brunch. Our favourite was Café de la Republique. I.e. this is a good locatio - The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us. The rooms are small, but it was enough for our little 18 month old to roam around and stretch his legs. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!!
