  Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de Paris.   It was actually my dad who stayed in the hotel and he told me everything was great, staff really made the effort to comunicate to him even if he speaks only portuguese and rooms were perfectly clean, spacious and confortable.   The lady in the hotel was super nice and welcoming! She was a delight first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Location is great, a stone-throw from the station Gare du Lyon and two metro lines.
