The pool and the fitness areas were a surprise regarding its location in downtown Paris - Very comfortable accommodation with tea and coffee facility. Rooms fresh and clean.   Location was pretty good. Only 10min walk from Bastille and also 5min walk from Breguet Sabin. There were many cafes and restaurants near by the accomodation. Especially the owner, Caroline was so nice and kind that she can touch anybody come to the accomodation, and we were also touched from our hearts. We tried to charge for the damage, but she denied. - Caroline, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The decor was new and vibrant but most importantly clean! The bathroom in the comfort double room was fantastic and very modern. The location was great, with a vibrant traditional cafe strip at the of the road and subway stations 5 mins away. Breakfast was simple and enjoyable. This is a perfect stay for a solo traveller or young couple on a city break. Would most definately recommend it.

  What a wonderful hotel! I go to Paris a couple of times a year, and have tried out different hotels, but now I think I will stay here every time. The superbly restored old building with its rough old beams, the warm welcome, the calm and quiet in the heart of busy Paris, and the beautiful room with a lovely bed and quality bed linen - everything w... mitä ihmiset sanovat » as just perfect. Not to mention the location, close to everything, 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro, 10 minutes to the Notre Dame, and loads of gre - The hotel's location is perfect. Situated in one of the prettiest and most central areas in Paris, but incredibly private and quiet. The design and interior is a perfect mix of traditional (exposed stone & timber) and contemporary. Very airy, light and spacious. The room had the biggest and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Staff were very friendly, helpful and considerate. 5 stars all round.

  A super place to stay if you like Bastille and Marais. And the appartment was perfect for my daughter and I. We have used this hotel 6 times! And the staff is very helpful - Very clean, homelike room with kitchen facilities, close to the metro station and to all attractions in Marais area. Would come again.

  The location of this hotel is perfect, in the centre of Paris yet in the peace and quiet of L'Isle de Louis. We booked a double room but were upgraded to a triple room at the top of the building. We had a huge comfortable bed and a bed settee. The room had a little balcony and a large bathroom with a bath! Very comfortable and somewhat elegant. Superior room definitely worth the extra euros as standard rooms are somewhat tight. I have stayed at each hotel on Ile St. Louis, and definitely prefer this.
