  Friendliness - I spent 3 nights in this hotel with my girlfriend and I have to say - everything was perfect, hotel staff was very kind, friendly, there was no problem with speaking English and I could obtain many useful information of them.   The location is excellent, there are 3 metro lines in the nearby (shops, supermarkets and bakeries are close). Staff was really polite, they really appreciate if you can speak some words in French. The room is clean. Daily cleaning and new towels every day. We were in the room 53 which has also a small balcony. Highly recommended! - The hotel was nice and clean, rooms are small but offer everything you need when you're on a citytrip. Location is good, 2m walk from metro and close to pere lachaise cemetry. We did not use breakfast facilities since you can have breakfast at all bistro's in Paris for a reasonable price. The underground park-space is also a plus, your car is safe troughout your stay.

  This was a wonderful hotel, convenient location, for our family and our recent visit to Paris. It is a small hotel and unassuming. It is not for people looking for a luxurious facility, but it was clean and the room was rather large (see below) and we enjoyed our stay and would happily return. While dropping off our luggage and making plans for our day, our room - I loved this little hotel! It is in a fantastic convenient location. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was extremely accommodating. It will be my hotel of choice next time I'm in Paris (in fact, I almost hesitate to give it such a good review in fear that I will find it booked when I'm next looking to go!). Very much looking forward to returning. Thank you!

  I stayed 12 nights with my son and grandson. Although we were 3 males we thought the hotel suited our requirements exactly. It was clean, convenient to "life", the metro, walking and some nice restaurants. Mr Didier and Isabelle together with Lenka at the front desk and the other staff made us very welcome and helped us when we needed it. We were very well attended, even when we realize that the announcement was booking with items that do not exist in the hotel. For example, with bath. They justified that was incorrect information and we provided one of the breakfasts as courtesy. I recommend it strongly.

  I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean.
