  The proprietors were very welcoming and attentive and happy to greet us. We had a beautiful room outlooking the courtyard with french doors and a small balcony on which to sit (bliss - one morning I awoke to the birds singing - who gets this in any city setting?). In the comfort room there was a change of towels each day, hairdrier in the closet and free of charge safe. Location is perfect, next to Oberkampf metro station, and also near to the second one. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, full of brasserie's and shops, and also next to restaurant on the corner, where, late at night

  Very good location. Clean, friendly and modern rooms. Nothing too much trouble for the friendly staff. Very professional for a 2-star hotel! - This hotel is in a fabulous area of Paris, not at all touristy and with a wide variety of local shops, with a market at the bottom of the street.   Friendliness - I spent 3 nights in this hotel with my girlfriend and I have to say - everything was perfect, hotel staff was very kind, friendly, there was no problem with speaking English and I could obtain many useful information of them.   Room was beautifully designed and lit, bed was very comfortable indeed and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was great too - all in all a brilliant place to stay - First time in Paris a hotel room is that big! Really luxurious feeling and comfortable. Also wifi worked properly, fats and reliable. Not used to this.

  Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, delicate bathroom, friendly staff. We had our baby with us, and the hotel offered a baby cot free of charge. Also, the location is great. Just around the corner you have Place de la Republique with several good places to have breakfast / brunch. Our favourite was Café de la Republique. I.e. this is a good locatio - The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us. The rooms are small, but it was enough for our little 18 month old to roam around and stretch his legs.   The location is excellent, there are 3 metro lines in the nearby (shops, supermarkets and bakeries are close). Staff was really polite, they really appreciate if you can speak some words in French. The room is clean. Daily cleaning and new towels every day. We were in the room 53 which has also a small balcony. Highly recommended! - The hotel was nice and clean, rooms are small but offer everything you need when you're on a citytrip. Location is good, 2m walk from metro and close to pere lachaise cemetry. We did not use breakfast facilities since you can have breakfast at all bistro's in Paris for a reasonable price. The underground park-space is also a plus, your car is safe troughout your stay.
