  The staff was always available and helpful. We arrived at 10am on firstday and allowed us to check in immediatley. We booked a return visitbefore coming home and they gave us the same room.   I was very happy with our greeting to the hotel. Very considerate knowing we would be tired let us to our room straight away. Also found all the staff we spoke to very helpful, probably the best from all the hotels we had already visited. They went over and beyond to help us.   I was very luck to be on the top floor with a view on the Madeleine so it was very pleasant and quiet for a busy part of Paris. The hotel is located near a few metro lines and even better close to Gare St Lazare which is ideal for travel. Variety of restaurants nearby, budget and expensive ones. Friendly staff at the reception. - Very friendly staff. Excellent location: the hotel is in a nice area. Soundproofing (there was some trafic noise from the street, but no noise from neighbors).

  The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! They clean bathroom everyday and really you can understand they do care about cleaning. The location was also good.   Hotel is ok but the rooms are very small. However it does not matter since we spend most of the time out side for tourists. Very good hotels near this hotel and metro stations is very near to this hotel and also the tourism bus like hop on hopofff etc. But this place is very crowded and have to be careful in all aspects. I did not have any problems. - Location is very close to Gare du Nord, but surprisingly there is not much traffic noise during nighttime; the reception staff was very helpful, she gave us a larger room with an extra bed because we were travelling with two children, although we did not mention it earlier.
