  All staff were friendly and professional. The wonderful smell of polish when we arrived was an indication of the level of cleanliness in the hotel. The bedroom was small but very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.   The location was excellent in the more subdued but elegant part of Paris in 16 arrondissement, on a quiet street but close to everything and the Eiffel tower. A small hotel, the staff were great, the room was well appointed and quite comfortable. We only did the in-house breakfast once but it seemed fine.
