  The staff were all extremely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to offer help whenever needed. The location was superb. Few yards from the Champs Elysees and the Arc D' Triomphe. Also close the the city tour buses and the metro station. Other positives are: it's is a brand new hotel. Very clean and very quiet. - 1.   I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The staff were outstanding, and the location of the hotel excellent.
