  The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made all of our dinner and show reservation even when we had to shift them a few time. A smile was always there.   Clean well air conditioned triple room. Loved the decor and the hotel lay out. It's worth noting it is in fact Hotel Chateaubriand, not Romancier anymore. Our welcome was warm, and our 2 night stay very comfortable.   A well decorated hotel which seems like a boutique hotel rather than a city hotel! Our executive room was on first floor ( no 101) was rather small but really elegance and modern also! Great location, really close to the sightseeings !   Amazing hotel. The staff were fantastic: polite, friendly, eager to help. They got tickets for us to go to the Louvre on request. Very eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible.   This is a very nice hotel! The location is great, 2 mins walk to Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and nice. Customer service and reception - exceptional! We arrived to the hotel at 11 a.m. and were provided with a room straight away, although the check-in time is 15.00.   The rooms were very clean, the furnishings modern and did not have the used look. Stylish design - sort of like a scaled down version of a "W" hotel. Bathroom is clean with decent water pressure for showers. The staff is to be commended - very helpful - will make all the reservations that you request. Location is excellent as well. I will tell my family and friends to stay at this hotel.
