The hotel was decorated in French chic style. Our room was beautiful. It was great to be able to make a cup of coffee in thenroom after a day of sightseeing. The staff were helpful and friendly.   Everything about our five-day stay at the Hotel Cecilia was outstanding! Let's start with the location--the Air France shuttle stop is less than 100 meters from the hotel. From our room's balcony, the beautiful Arc de Triomphe was magnificent.
