  The hotel is right by the Metro and in a very pretty square. The room was a good size and very comfortable with lovely views across Paris and the Eiffel Tower - we paid more for a 4th floor room and it was worth it.   The view from the 5th floor! We had two corner rooms and there is a very small ledge balcony that can be accessed out the windows, but only on the 5th. Excellent view of Sac coer. The breakfast served at the hotel is a great value at 7 euro pp, get it! You won't find cheaper in this part of paris. Coffee, juice, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt. But ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » it's all self serve, which we like. Very clean place, small, but for Paris sight seeing you're not spending that much time in the room anyway. Excelle - Reception staff (females) were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable + clean, just be aware that street noise carries on till around midnight. Loved the small balcony (had a wonderful view of Saccra Coeur + the street below). Hotel is located within walking distance to Montmartre & Saccra Coeur, but far away from other sites, so have to use metro. Metro stations within walking distance.

  Clean room and conveniently located close to Gare du Nord. Staff friendly and helpful. Although the road in front of the hotel was very busy all night, you cannot hear the traffic once the window is closed. We left our luggage at the hotel after we checked out and only picked it up 7 hours later.   The hotel is very close to the North station called Gare du Nord that was very comfortable. The city's hop on-hop off bus L'open tour goes near Cambrai hotel.
