  Staff were excellent and tried to help, services were great and it was close to where I needed to be. Assisted with printing , organising taxi for departure and they spoke other languages.   The room was on 5th floor under the roof, but with acceptable height if you are under 1.90m. You take the lift to the 4th and climb a few more steps to arrive to that nice cosy room. It looks oldish but has all today equipments (mini-bar, wifi, hair dryer, flat-screen tv ...). It is clean, no broken tool. Breakfast was good.
