  the suite was great, a good size and the huge bath tub and wet room were lovely. the hotel gardens are very classy and the location next to the entrance to the walled city was perfect to stroll to.   The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful location, literally at the bottom of the hill at the entrance to the castle. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and they all spoke great English. My boyfriend and I (we are both 24yrs old) visited the hotel spa during our stay for a back massage which was lovely - I highly recommend. The breakfast - Excellent value at the Hotel Montmorency but great bonus to be able to use the facilities of the Hotel Du Chateau. Wonderful position so close to the old Cite, beautiful gardens and pool - you could sit on comfortable sofas on the terrace with a glass of wine in the evening, overlooking the Citadel and watching people toil up the hill! Our room in the Montmorency was on the first floor in countryside style, quiet, views over local gardens and distant hills, clean and well-equipped. Initially w
