  The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to stay with small family (3 people). The WiFi is working very good, surprisingly after Italy. From the balcony you can see small piece of the sea and this is quite pleasant.   Great apartment with balcony, helpful staff, everything in the little kitchen that we needed to make breakfast or lunch every day. Nice pool and decked area for sunbathing. Right next to La Croisette beach, all of the shops and a big supermarket. The garage is a definite plus,in an area which is busy and parking is not easy at this time of year.The accomodation was clean and comfortable,and for three of us just right.A little street noise,but that was due to the massive work going on,and that should be finished soon. - Good!   Excellent seaview (higher floors), swimming pools, parking inunderground carpark, willing stuff - The price was very good value. The view over the pool is nice. The apartment was clean. Connections to Cannes itself are very easy, as buses stop just a few minutes from the hotel every 10 minutes or so during the day (far fewer at night).

  Stayed here for four nights. Location was excellent. 2 minutes walk to the front with a good choice of restaurants. 15 minute walk to the Palais. Staff and the owner were polite, friendly, helpful and arranged airport transfer. - Very clean and modern. Close to center. Friendly and helpful owner. Well equipped apartment.
