  Great location, modern design of the apartment. New equipment. Very nice friendly owner that runs fitness class in the basement. I was afraid that it will be noisy but there are new good windows and was not a problem to get proper sleep.

  Hotel America have the best staff I have dealt with in a long time. The staff there is fit for a seven stars hotel, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is perfectly located, close to port, city centre and beaches. Its ideal if you want to stay in a place that is 5 mins walking distance from everything in Cannes. The breakfast was 15 euro pr person though, which seems a bit expensive for cereals, croissant, nutella and som fruit. But we used the minibar as a refridgerator and bought out own groceries at a supeemarket nearby. ;-)

It's better to live on the 5-th floor, as this building is higher than others around and you will see the whole city.
