They were always there for us, but in a very discreet way... it was almost like having our own luxury apartment because it seemed so private. The area was also very quiet and peaceful.   Very convientely situated for the beach, town and train station. Hotel very efficient and staff very helpful - The central location near to all main attractions and the Croisette is excellent; making the hotel good value for money by Cannes standards!! Efficient staff. Comfortable bed.

  Excellent location. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the old town with its many bars and restaurants. It's a 10-15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals. Owner David was very friendly and gave us great tips for bars, restaurants and clubs. Wifi was fast and stable.
