The staff was very professional and friendly. They tried to help in every way possible...They even printed my boarding pass for the airport. The internet worked well except at very peak hours. Kitchen was a great addition. Even thought the reception was closed they had a way fr you to check in after hours.. I loved having a nice hot bath! Lovely hotel - mixing old world with modern (nouveau art) - very attractively done. Very large, well appointed room with a large sized bathroom and shower. Huge windows which had a peek-a-boo view of the cathedral. Although breakfast was extra, it was well worth it. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Certainly had all the extra touches for the price.
