Pretty much everything though we did not eat at the hotel apart from a coffee and croissant in the morning so i would have to limit our comments in that regard - i think the location is probably what made the strongest impression with its panoramic view of the beach and promenade. -

It was our honeymoon and the roo.s didn't disappoint! We got a free upgrade to a seaside view because it was our honeymoon! The rooms were lovely, ac was brilliant and the staff were great. Parking us right next door for €15 a day. Great location, minutes walk from the beach and brilliant views

This was an ideal apartment for our short stay in Biarritz. It is great for exploring the surrounding area but you need a car. We chose a room with a sea view which was well worth the extra money (€24 total for 4 nights) The rooms were comfortable enough and in the summer the balcony would offer a good outside area for eating and relaxing. -

We had a car so we drove into town and parking fees in town were very reasonable. The Residence Mer et Golf Eugenie provide free, secure parking.

As it was a quiet time of the year we were upgraded to a newly referbished room which was really lovely...the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcolm.

Mother and daughter traveling through the "pays basque", we choose on internet to stay in the "chateau du clair de Lune" and that's one of the best idea! It's just perfect.
The location is 10 mn out of city center,out of traffic,in the gorgeous countryside, but close from everything! The staff (Isabelle) was helpful and very welcoming.

Great hotel with good rooms and well located. It would be tricky without a car as its about 5km from Biarritz town centre. We stayed in the Hunting Lodge in the Lavender room which was very a comfortable room with a balcony. The pool area is very relaxing and the small pool bar was perfect for a few drinks and a salad during the day. We had a great time here.

The reception/managers were very obliging and couldn't have been more helpful - always cheery and positive - were prepared to spend the time to make sure we understood. It was close to everything - made it easier not having to drive down narrow streets on the wrong side of the road for us!! - Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, nice

I spend a night with my family. the hotel was almost empy so we got bumped up to junior suits. the rooms were very comfortable and with a nice view on the ocean. a public pay car park is just under the hotel. breakfast was good.

The garden was great. The sculpture added a nice touch. The designer touches were evident everywhere, but suitably under-stated. The staff were warm and friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey by English standards, but was actually excellent value compared to other places we tried in Biarritz and environs. -
