  We enjoyed our stay thoroughly - in a suite on the top floor with a beautiful terrace with a view of the Palace of the Popes, where we had our welcome champagne in the afternoon sun and watched the night lights over the palace after dinner. Fantastic atmosphere, oil canvas on the walls, antique furniture pieces - an experience of time travel. The foo - The staff were highly attentive, especially Fernando, who I believe was the manager. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely authentic interiors in the style of the Enlightenment. Incredibly delicious and varied breakfast in pleasant interiors (optional - in the garden) and with magnificent views of the Palace of the Popes and the garden with apple trees, roses. I would also like to note the excellent work the reception, through w... mitä ihmiset sanovat » hich our car was taken from the parking lot (left the car at the nearest public car park as afraid of very narrow streets) and saved me from having to - This was my second stay at La Mirande, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The staff is exceptional and very willing to help in any way. We used Avignon as our base to travel all around Provence and felt we were returning to a quiet home estate at the end of each day. Beautiful surroundings and the melodic ringing of bells is simply perfection.
