  The hotel was well situated in the city of Arras. The staff in the reception were very helpfull and made our party feel welcome from first arriving. Food very good and again staff were excellent. Would certainly go there again.   We took a family room which was very spacious, well furnished in quality furniture, very comfortable triple king bed! Plus two singles. Bathroom modern and spacious too. The staff were very polite and helpful and the breakfast very reasonable with great Earl Grey tea! - Very spacious and comfortable room, well equipped bathroom.
