  Very friendly staff. All spoke good English. Overall a very professionally run hotel. One essential way to improve the overall package would be to supply customers with detailed directions from the airport, as the one way system was testing to say the least.   Our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The spa was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and offered a huge variety for our teenagers with varying tastes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Emilie was a great tour-guide and made the city come alive with her descriptions and stories.
